1. How long does shipping take?
We process every order with the utmost care and usually ship within one business day (excluding holidays). Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–4 business days. For international orders, delivery may take a little longer, approximately 5–10 business days depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way – so you can keep track of its progress at all times.
2. How can I pay for my order?
We offer you various secure and convenient payment methods, including PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and instant bank transfer. All payments are processed via encrypted connections to ensure your data is always protected.
3. How does the return or exchange process work?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt – no questions asked. Please ensure that the goods are unused and in their original packaging. Simply send us a short message via our contact form or by email, and we will send you all the necessary return information. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price as quickly as possible. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.
4. What do I do if my delivery is damaged or incomplete?
We're so sorry! In such a case, please send us a photo of the damaged goods or incomplete delivery directly to our email address. We'll take care of it immediately so you receive a replacement or a refund – we promise!
5. Is there a minimum order value?
No, we do n't have a minimum order value . So you can place small orders without any restrictions. For larger orders, we may offer attractive quantity discounts – just ask us!
6. Where do your products come from?
We place great value on quality, sustainability, and fair production conditions. Depending on the category, our products come from carefully selected manufacturers in Germany and Europe.
